Brewery Status:  You might have guessed from our name that we
will brew our own beers – both ales and lagers.

We had hoped to be serving our own brews by now, but the process  
of setting up the brewery has taken a little longer than we had hoped.

So, while we hope you’ve enjoyed our selection of international and 
domestic craft beers we now have on tap,

you can expect to experience the fruits of Owner/Brewmaster Franz
Rothschadl’s brewing skills in a few weeks.
